October 31st was not just Halloween for us this year but was the day we had Masamo dedicated. Jason and I have dedicated all of our other children and felt very strongly about doing the same for Masamo. At our church, when children are dedicated we stand up in front of the congregation and promise before God and them to raise our child to know the Lord to the best of our abilities. The church congregation, in return (if they choose), promise to help us in our venture. Typically this is done with infants but our circumstances were a little unique but no less important.
